Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order

Shipping is free on all LaserGlow orders. There's no minimum order amount.

Delivery times

Most orders arrive within 7–12 business days of being placed. Business days are Monday to Friday and don't include public holidays.

We ship to most countries. Orders going outside the United States may take longer, depending on the destination and local customs.

Tracking

When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.

Customs and import fees

Orders shipped outside the United States may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These fees are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility.

Wrong address or missing package

Please check that your shipping address is correct at checkout. If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, or your order is taking longer than expected, contact us through our Contact page and we'll help sort it out.
